Refund and Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that changes in the circumstances might happen! We are happy to cancel and refund your order in full if your cancellation request is made by 7 p.m. on the day prior to your order delivery date. Due to the nature of the products of the Love Box Flowers, certain necessary preparations are made the day prior for each order, including preparation of the box and custom order of fresh flowers. Therefore, we require prior notice of the cancellation. If cancellation request is made after 7 p.m. the day prior to delivery date, 30% will be deducted from your total order, calculated before taxes and shipping changes.

Cancellation requests must be sent to mail@loveboxflowers.com. The exact time of your email will be treated as the time your request of cancellation. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Should your flower box arrive damaged, or if you are unsatisfied with our product or service, we will gladly issue a full refund for your order. Please contact the Love Box Flowers at mail@loveboxflowers.com with your order number and any details that pertain to your dissatisfaction, such as photos and detailed description.
