Order in advance! We are able to take on a limited number of orders.
Due to a high order volume on 2/13 and 2/14, deliveries begin early morning before 8 am. We aim to have all flowers delivered to your valentines before 12 pm. Note requests for exact delivery time will not be accepted on these dates.
Please remember regarding deliveries to prevent delays:
Residences: provide apartment, building numbers, and gate codes.
Hotels: provide a name under which the room is booked; flowers can only be delivered to Bell desk / Concierge.
Orders that encounter problems upon delivery will go back to the warehouse and will be delivered at a later time upon resolution. Happy shopping!
